Snag a deal? I wish. I’m literally just asking him to honor the legacy custom plan I already had with Lewis.
If you had an existing agreement and actually wanted to keep your servers online, you’d be doing the same thing instead of trying to burn the bridge. I'm not looking for a 'new' deal; I'm looking to keep the one I already paid for so I don't have to waste my time migrating. It’s not 'sucking up' to talk to the guy who currently holds the keys to your data.
Honestly, I just didn't know that was the standard way to handle it here. I thought account-related requests for admins usually happened in a meta or support thread.
Thanks for the heads-up—I'll head over to the help desk and open a ticket instead. Still getting the hang of how the back-end stuff works on this forum.
