I am looking for a Dedicated Server (No VPS/VDS) in US West (LA/SJ/Seattle).
Minimum Specs:
CPU: 4 Cores. Performance must be around 1000 on Geekbench 5 (Single-core). (Looking for E3-1240v3, E3-1270v3 or similar/better).
RAM: 16GB.
Storage: 250GB+ SSD or NVMe (Strictly NO HDD).
Network: 500Mbps - 1Gbps port.
Location: US West Coast.
Budget: Up to $15/month.
I am looking for a solid, long-term deal on clearance hardware. If you are a provider and have older nodes sitting idle in your US West racks that meet these performance criteria, please drop an offer or PM me.
I am ready to pay annually if the deal is right (around $150-$180/year).

@ColoCrossing is all i can think of, maybe this offer from nuyek (but they're more US Central)
Ask Smarthost. They were doing $200/yr E3v2 dedis last black Friday across various pops including US-West and US-Almost-West. Traffic was capped at 10TB.
I've never seen ColoCrossing do cheap West Coast servers. I did get on their $99/year East Coast one though.
CometVPS was doing $99/year as far west as Denver, but that's not really proper "west".
Psychz sometimes has good deals on West Coast. They are currently only offering an Atom at $15/month though, which is far below your performance target. I'm on a grandfathered plan similar to what you're looking for and haven't seen anything nearly as good in recent years. Even then I'm paying more than $15/month.
OVH should have Oregon servers in the $20/month range.

Even at $20/month, it is more of a loss leader for us, but atleast not loosing money.
If you can raise your budget to $20/month or $200/year, I can probably offer you our recent Black Friday E3-1240v2 deal...as I think we have some available currently.
