  I use Qnax but I do not like it. Get very bad connection to it, so I have to use proxy even to ssh into it. Opened a ticket, they moved me a few times around nodes but nothing helped. Also used 4vps.su, was much better experience.

  Perhaps https://justhost.ru/en/services/vps?location=sao1? I've been eyeing it myself, actually. I have two other servers in Spain and Russia and am happy with them.

  Oracle, It’s difficult to find a clean IP range in Brazil, frequently used for spam or malicious bots.
