The experience is extremely bad. The machine frequently fails to work. I doubt its performance. It doesn't even have a 0.1 core. It's really disappointing

It is not clear how long we have to wait for your server problem to be fixed.
You submit a ticket and they fix it in a couple of days. When you change the operating system, you cannot use the operating system again. You have to submit a ticket again to get it fixed, and that is a few days after submitting a ticket.
This is nothing but a scam.
Hey, was the server moved to another node? (If you can provide me with IP, I can check that). Sometimes, I also need to change the disk UUID, so the rebuild won't fail. I'll try to fix it for you later today.
Everyone should open a chargeback, this guy nevers answers tickets. Starting to look like a criminal everyday that goes by.

That disk speed is bad. I didn't check mine after the +1 vCPU upgrade. The only time I checked my disk speed is when I purchased it. And it was good at that time.

Regarding 217.65.3.21 and couple of other IPs originating from Russia/Belarus. I contacted my upstream and I got information that one of the IXPs is blocking the traffic from EU towards Russia due to sanctions. Couple of subnets are rerouted now - can You try again?

Hello! When I tried to change the operating system from Ubuntu to Debian on a server with IP 31.59.129.31 I got disconnected from the control panel. Please restore access to the control panel, and also change the operating system to Debian 12.
In addition to the server on IP 31.59.129.31, I have a server on IP 191.96.11.118 on which I also want to change the operating system to Debian 12, but now I don’t know how to do it!
