Searching for USA IPIP/GRE tunnel vps.
Looking for a VPS server with the following requirements:
Minimum 4 vCPU cores
Unmetered bandwidth
1 Gbps or 10 Gbps network port
IPv4 included
Location: USA preferred, ideally close to Chicago or New York
IPIP not blocking (protocol 4) (if not I can use gre)
Provider should not suspend services for high network load or false abuse reports
Budget: up to $20/month (lower price is welcome if the offer meets the requirements)

I arleady got one cheapper. But looking for alternatives.
double ur price and ask ur provider to setup VPS with 2x 10Gbps, unmetered.
