We called you scammers after you ignore withdrawal tickets for more than two years.

    Here you go:

Alleging that we are using "tactics of avoiding affiliate withdrawal".

    Calling us scammers:

Both are highly disparaging, false and defamatory.

Since you’re already here, what actually happened in the NYC DC that caused the node to be down for a full two days right at the beginning of the New Year? It was a great New Year’s holiday "gift". :)
Not blaming - just curious because of the length of the outage. Was there an RFO?

… which is true, because it’s delayed by more than 3 weeks and the ticket vanished during the period?
No other provider has vanishing tickets while pending processing.

The bottom section refers to ServerFactory and VirmAche and GreenCloudVPS.

… which is after the 2024-12-09 ticket shown above?

This thread has gone a bit off-topic. If you’re still interested in transferring/ordering this specific VPS, please send me a PM with your details and I’ll help you with the process.

You’re right to ask - and I’m sorry for the disruption, especially over the New Year holiday.

What we can share at this point: the incident was related to upstream connectivity (10G to 1G). We worked with the data center to restore normal capacity, and we’ve added additional monitoring/alerts around link negotiation/capacity changes to catch this faster.

If your VPS was affected, please open a ticket via https://console.webhosting24.com/
so we can confirm impact for your instance and apply any remediation/credits per our terms. We’ll publish a short RFO/summary once the review is finalized, without exposing customer or facility-sensitive details.

On the affiliate payout topic, a factual correction:

    • there was no 3-week delay on our side. The payout was processed promptly after verification and was paid via PayPal.

    • as an Italian company, we need to be able to document affiliate payouts in a tax-compliant way. In this case we did not receive the required tax/ID information (e.g., codice fiscale or equivalent) initially, so we had to obtain specific accounting/tax guidance before executing the payment correctly. As soon as that was clarified, the payout was completed.

Regarding “tickets disappearing”: when multiple withdrawal attempts/tickets are created around the same request, they may be merged/consolidated during review. If that consolidation made earlier tickets appear to “vanish” rather than showing a clear “merged into #…” status, that’s something we’ll improve so it remains traceable and doesn’t create confusion.

Finally, about the public accusations (“avoidance tactics” / “scammers”): we won’t debate motives in public, but we also won’t accept misleading claims presented as facts. Due to repeated conduct that violated our affiliate terms / acceptable-use expectations, the affiliate relationship was terminated. We’re happy to discuss the specifics privately via ticket/PM, but we won’t post account-level details in this thread.

If anyone has questions about our affiliate requirements (verification, payout method, eligibility), please open a ticket and we’ll clarify in writing.

There were no email or tickets requesting our information.

The very first ticket (Ticket ID: HAC-883563), which was created by the payout button on 2023-09-01 and did not have any duplicate, vanished.
This is not an effect of merging.

We only created subsequent ticket five days later: QEN-110163 with the payout button on 2023-09-06, RYA-853104 manually on 2023-09-07.
