[EU] Windows RDP
Heya,
looking for a Windows RDP for casual video encoding needs. Most of the time machine is idling. As of right now I have a RTX A4000 with E5-2683 v4 RDP but I have no use of GPU encoding so looking to move from current provider, hopefully for lower price than current machine.
10G link is a must, 200-300GB NVMe any gen is fine, CPU can even be same or in Ryzen 7/9 range.
It has to be located within EU region.
Please no Proxmox hosts, I found it out to be very snappy and unreliable when using Windows, RDP has to be flawless and no connection/image drops.
Current machine is at price range of 50€/m and I wouldn't really go over that.

There is no WSL2 available on the Windows machine I currently have so can't run YABS.
