    Our bandwidth pricing was almost doubled in SG and JP on 1st January, without notice or anything.

    So we’re trying to work out best course of action, but we cant offer yearly plans right now because of this.

    Also IPv6 is back online since last night.
    We will still replace and use our own /48s subnet from APNIC membership.

    Our initial subnets were rented years ago and have been working fine without any issues. I did my fair share of rookie mistakes back then 😆😵‍💫

    It's been five days and I still haven't seen Kuroit take any real action. I've lost faith in them.

    As replied on ticket last night:

    Dallas VDS node has been replaced and everything is back online.

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused! It took so much longer to fix things because of holidays which should have been fixed within hours on regular days.

    As for compensation, I have added 3 months extra on your VDS plan.

    Guys, is it the Dallas VDS plan?

    Mine got down too, no announcement whatsoever ( got to ask support first ). Almost a week downtime.

    I just knew From this thread that VDS has no uptime guarantee. Lesson learnt. Not gonna complain further. Hehe.

    Luckily it is not my main VPS.

    No, unfortunately, my website is hosted on a VDS server in Dallas, and it was down for over 6 days as a result
    Similarly, I learned from this experience and migrated important services :'(
