We had an issue there but it was solved.

Rebooting is of no use. It's their network failure. The backend cannot be rebooted and cannot connect.
It seems it's down again ...
yes, they playing games with us: Amsterdam & Tokyo also down - solution: restart the VPS in the rarecloud-panel - we have better to do, i know ...
Mine too. I meant to log in today to complain about the sales spam about N8N they sent yesterday with no unsubscribe link, so I guess that's good timing.
EDIT: you can turn off the mailing list in the personal details section, so I did that instead of raising a ticket.

When I asked if the VPS could be set to auto-boot if the node was restarted, I was told there was no option for that.
Had I not seen this post, I wouldn't even have realised my Tokyo server had gone down too... I have so many machines that I simply can't keep track of which ones are still up and which have crashed.
Japan node is running without any problem.
What is the reason? Has there been an official announcement?
UK vps currently down.
Install Komari or any other status service which sends email or any kind of notifications. Currently i run Komari and it gives me email notifications (can use telegram, webhook, bark or javascript), you can use any relay there are tons of free ones.
Honestly, I was quite disappointed by the response as it suggests they don't really know what they're doing yet:
Obviously, a network or connectivity issue would not have resulted in everyone's machines being shut down, unless the connectivity issue was with power. If they failed to identify that, I'm not sure they're going to be able to identify anything else in the future.
And I'd given them a timestamp when it went down as well.
But on the bright side, it was good specs at a great price. If it just goes down occasionally, it's not a big deal. If this starts happening every week, it'll be a PITA.

Oh, my Romanian vps is down as well since very early today.
I suggest everybody tickets every time so that they start to realise that it's a problem for a lot of people.
