    If possible, my desired configuration is: 3c3G or 4G4G with 40-50GB storage ( LAX or SEA?) for about 25-30USD?
    Due to the time zone difference, I'm unlikely to catch the flash sale.

    if there is any possibility to obtain a dedicated server from West Bay at a price comparable to the summer promotion (around $200/year). If the offer is suitable, I would be glad to move forward with the deal.

    Although I'm really happy to have gotten a VPS for 20 USD — 4-core CPU, 2 GB RAM, with %stealtime ~0% — that's already an insanely good deal. But I still regret missing out on those even better promotions. Hopefully at this price, the VPS will always run stably.
