Hyper Expert Free compute for students and educators in need plus low cost paid plans

I wanted to share something a bit different from the usual “here’s my VPS sale” post 🙂
I run Hyper Expert, a small community driven compute project focused on making real infrastructure accessible to people who normally do not get access to it especially students and educators who are in need and would not otherwise be able to afford it, and people learning systems, networking, and cloud engineering. The inability to create an account without placing an order diminishes the marketing potential of the flash sales. It'll be difficult for any new customer to complete registration in time to snag one.
Just my two cents.
That's why there's a $15 transfer fee I suppose...
I agree... And disagree... It's harder for newcomers but rewarding for active clients... It's a fine balance to walk.
Some users buy cheap VPS with temporary email addresses and then trade the accounts on forums to bypass the seller’s transfer fees.
Oh, I'm sure that happens. Mjjs got no ethics.
Unfortunately, as long as it’s profitable, VPS resellers will use bots and temporary email addresses to grab flash-sale deals and resell them at higher prices.
Even unpaid flash-sale invoices can be resold.
I wouldn’t say it’s impossible - I’ve managed to snag flash sales despite having to do registration and being on mobile. Sure it’s a bit harder - but I also don’t think it’s unfair if there is a small advantage for existing customers
