Yeah, company looks dodgy as anything. Website claims to be a UK company but doesn't provide the company number. This company looks the most likely, and the financials shows that in the 3 years it's been trading, it's never put any money through the UK company whilst also saying the UK company has 4 employees.

That said, I wouldn't be getting worried yet after only an hour of downtime. Could just be a UPS failure or something trivial like that.

the vps is very cheap. I dont expect support at all tbh, dont even expect 95% uptime. but it is always nice to have some notification outages. also sharing experience.

95% uptime is 18 days downtime per year. You seem to be expecting better than that.

Hi! We provide support, if you ask for a human. The VPS IP had to suddenly change which is why it is not accessible under the OLD IP. New one is in your VPS panel, and all your data and networking remains. I do not know why it still redirectss you guys to the old ticket system but we have a ticketing system, live chat, email and DIscord support, all of which is almost instant.
Sorry about the IP change though.
Hey! Like I mentioned a few times it's not about the downtime. Could have been down 5 days. But pls next time just send out an email that informs about the IP change. literally takes 5 minutes of your time. Also I can't open tickets in the panel, I don't know why
