AMD-V is simply a virtualization technology.
It allows you to run a VPS inside another VPS, or install Proxmox so you can act as a service provider yourself.
So tell me, what exactly are you going to benefit from 1 GB of RAM if you plan to create other VPS instances inside your VPS for your friends?
This technology is not meant for anyone using a VPS with such specifications, unless your VPS has something like 128 GB of RAM and 64 CPU cores to actually host VPS instances inside it.
So forgive me for saying this, but your lack of knowledge is what put you in this situation. It would have been better if you had researched what this technology is before reaching this point.

That said, I am not removing the blame from the hosting company, because accessing your server and changing the password is a serious mistake.
