Help! Where did I get this fabulous HostDZire vps in July?
Does anyone remember the thread where I would have picked up a HostDZire WDC-USA Cloud VPS #1 for $24/yr back in mid-July of 2025? I distinctly remember thinking (and maybe posting) about that sneaky bastard tricking me into buying one by dropping it from the normal $28/yr..
I'm usually OCD about keeping thread urls as a reference but I missed this one and haven't been able find it.
Oh also I've got an OVH Cloud "BF-VPSVB" at $17.88/yr from Black Friday of 2019 that I can't find a thread for either. I did find some discussion when they "accidentally" charged us $35 instead at the first renewal but no offer thread.
Anyway, if you remember or have a link to either stashed I'd appreciate it, thanks for listening.

Yeah That deal was insane , i bought it using crypto last night at 4 am IST and connected it as a node to my panel to use as a gameserver. Then i slept , today i woke up and saw it was suspended.
Well they gave me the refund because of me not having a valid document for kyc (they asked me kyc to remove suspension) but it was kinda weird having it suspended after barely 6 hours where i didn't run anything serious on it.
Oh no! I'd skip the deal for now, I am thinking to invest in a used laptop and host it as a server at home as I am already paying for a dedicated/public IPV4.

I never blamed you guys & i still love hostdzire services (i have had a few friends try in the past before me to which i eventually got access to) but the fact that it was suspended without any usage was surprising
Yep it was india. I used different details to register
I'm located in india but i didn't really see my payment method when registering as an indian, so i made another account to pay with cryptocurrency. Maybe that was the reason , i guess I'll try getting deals from them later when i have access to more payment methods
