    wow, thank you, yes, they refund the money in less than 5mins,

    they try their best to solve the problem but it's new year holidy (it's my opinian). they were busy.

    i used 2 or 3TB in 3 Days. their speed at first place were about 2000mb download and upload 0 (maybe they drop speedtest.net by okla)

    in addition i like they way, their act, as soon as they saw, this problem couldn't be resolved they kindly refund the money.

    maybe it was my chanse i bought nl vps but the ip was from germany and Dubay (i don't care)
