    @rarecloud I purchased a VPS on November 28, 2025. After only doing some basic testing, I requested a refund (the whole process took less than one hour).
    Invoice #V4V-8758.
    However, I still haven’t received the refund yet. The support ticket I submitted has been in a “hold” status for a long time.
    Could you please help follow up on this issue? Thank you.

    IP reputation, particularly for mail servers. I guess the larger an ASN is, the more likely it gets noticed by someone for bad behaviour, even if it's just some bad actors in that ASN.

    I see. Indeed, they are routing a lot of IPs, they are also colocating and offering dedicated servers, companies come with their own IPs... In a such big network, there is always an abuser. At least one :)

    I believe the test IP should also be changed due to the datacenter upgrade. :)

    And I'd like to ask if it would be possible to change the locations for the old order?

    @rarecloud, please provide the current IP address subnets for all locations. At least Düsseldorf and Eygelshoven are no longer valid.

    TCP traffic to the IP addresses 85.121.0.0/16 is being blocked by my provider.
