Is the server host VPS priced at 5EUR/year from Dasabo down or taking a break 4 Christ holidays

It was ok for about 1 month and about 7days to now, i can login it via SSH.
Check VPS on https://my.dasabo.com/clientarea.php => It is green led , good heath.
Trying to chat support on homepage of dasabo is no lucky. No one responds for many times.

I took a quick look at the live chat and didn't find any unanswered chats. Did you open a ticket from your customer area? If you haven't, please do so so that we can check what problems your VM is having.
Please also note that live chat is not used for technical support, only commercial support.
