    It looks like both upload and download are counted towards the monthly bandwidth per the total graph/usage and the used monthly amount- can anyone confirm?

    Upload = 25gb
    Download = 14gb

    Limit : 10000 GB
    Utilized : 38.32 GB
    % Utilized : 0.38 %

    Nobody has used more than they wee allotted so it has not mattered yet so I have not looked into it.

    There are no refunds after 30 days of service. If you pay for 6 months and want to cancel after 3 months you will not get a partial refund. Only cancellations within 30 days of the start of service qualify for a refund.

    Very Important:
    Check your ping times to 38.45.64.1. You may be too far away to use this service effectively.
