Looking for China-optimized VPS services in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.

We accept dynamic routing: for example, during off-peak hours, the connection uses a standard line with 1 Gbps bandwidth, and during evening peak hours, it switches to an enhanced line with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps. Our budget is between $20 and $50 per year. If you can provide this service, please include a test IP address.

you can find a server in HK that's not " China-optimized " for $20-50 per year, the "best effort" line, i have such server from Hosthatch
I don't entirely understand your request (especially given the price asked).
The only provider I know offering China-optimized servers on LET is @Tudcloud .
They are currently running a Christmas promo in a different thread.
Other than this, I recommend you asking somewhere else. Maybe on Nodeseek, where the market is more targeted at Chinese users.
