I'm looking for a powerful NVMe VPS purely for experiments and performance testing.
Not for storage or torrenting.
I enjoy benchmarking, containers, Docker, networking experiments and playing with Linux systems.
Requirements:
100-200GB pure NVMe (local NVMe, not cached HDD)
High CPU (Ryzen 7000 / EPYC / similar modern gen)
8-16GB RAM minimum (flexible if performance is great)
10Gbps uplink or higher preferred (20Gbps+ huge bonus)
Unlimited bandwidth, or high fair-use.
(I realistically push only a few TB/month, but I dislike tight limits)
KVM, full root access
EU location preferred
IPv6 support appreciated

it'll be significantly more expensive for next to zero benefit. Just get something with 2x or 3x the bandwidth you actually plan to use and then be happy with that.

Unlimited bandwidth at 10 Gbps or above will cost €100 or above just for that. Unless you of course fall for the marketing of "unlimited" FUP bandwidth.
Your IO requirements are also highly unlikely to be met. Not even all proper NVMes reach those speeds on a idle system and you are expecting that performance when competing with many other VMs?
You might as well go for a dedicated server.
