TBH if there are only 6 prizes and already 8 people in contention, I can understand it's not worth the effort. And honestly, with all the doubling posts, it's hard to maintain an actual conversation across timezones if there's randomly 2 pages of junk between interesting posts.

2 pages is nothing, it's when there's like 10+ pages and you're like triple digit notifications where it's actually hard to follow.

end of Jan IIRC though I've never been there for the end. Last year, I just barely missed the backpack for what started as a strong start and then basically was once every several days that I would visit LET and the thread. Even then, I didn't spend too much time.

I do feel like with this BF thread, there wasn't as many commenters going for prizes. If the NY thread is anything like the BF one, you should have no problem getting in a spot for a prize. Though we may have to watch yangyang again
TBH if there are only 6 prizes and already 8 people in contention, I can understand it's not worth the effort. And honestly, with all the doubling posts, it's hard to maintain an actual conversation across timezones if there's randomly 2 pages of junk between interesting posts.

I do feel like with this BF thread, there wasn't as many commenters going for prizes. If the NY thread is anything like the BF one, you should have no problem getting in a spot for a prize. Though we may have to watch yangyang again
TBH if there are only 6 prizes and already 8 people in contention, I can understand it's not worth the effort. And honestly, with all the doubling posts, it's hard to maintain an actual conversation across timezones if there's randomly 2 pages of junk between interesting posts.
2 pages is nothing, it's when there's like 10+ pages and you're like triple digit notifications where it's actually hard to follow.
