@riomartin if you have a server with them, ask for refund and fuck off from being their customer. And stick to whatever provider you want.

It's an asshole move to talk so much shit about a provider under their own thread, especially if you didn't create ticket to discuss this with them.

There is no best provider, there will be always a better provider (in performance or cost aspect) and it adds zero value to shit talk about a provider and keep using their service.

How about giving an advise, how to detect an asshole provider that only giving promos with high expectation but low in reality ?

If you think performance of the server you got is getting worse, first you create ticket and ask provider for help.

If you are not happy with what they say, or if you are still not happy with your server, then you don't renew your server.

No one is giving you guarantee of anything. No provider will offer you cheap deals as goodwill. They either 1-) taking the loss (more of this leads to deadpool) 2-) over selling the node 3-) Has too much resources that they can't manage to sell with normal prices 4-) They simply want to grow (get more customers).

There is rare cases that someone is dirt cheap but has great performance.

And always pay monthly if you don't trust the provider, and never pay more than 1 year.

I don't mind because it was for the purpose of the server could do

    GB6 performance dropped from 2700-2800 on week1-2 into 2100-2200 on week3
It could be worse since now we are entering weekend and holidays

CPU Steals 11% could be worse also when heavy application started
The only noticeable CPU Steals only when RAM Checked on YABS as screenshot

I still remember maybe 2 - 3 years ago when Contabo started to show some CPU Steals from 10%-20%

I guess it would be the same scenario : " Oversubscribe System "

The linked Advin server is 2 * 2100-3200 Ryzen cores with 8GB RAM for $10/month. My BeroHost VPS is 4 * 2300 cores with 20GB RAM for 6.9 EUR.

To be honest, the guy is an ij-iot.

Please point to where you got conclusion I am running VNC as the screenshot I gave ?

    Week1 - Week2 , same method , nothing changed
Week3 : sudden extreme drop noticeable
Screenshot taken with just XRDP after reboot
and as the screenshot shown, CPU STEAL 11%
    with just light YABS

Just YABS doing fdisk, CPU STEAL 11%
What if I open firefox browser , etc
I doubt it will goes beyond that.

    GB6 Drop
    CPU STEAL Above 10%

    Still recommended ?

I'm pretty happy with bero-host, in fact, more than satisfied. You can't find many providers offering generous yet stable servers, even right here. A box that never goes down with 2 vCores and 8GB RAM costs only €44/yr, GB5 being 1600+ (single core) and 3000+ (multi-cores). No way, imho.

For more information about a provider, you may keep an eye on LET YABS Thread with Google.

Its really time for you to log off, preferably permenantly sir.
You are paying for access to SHARED resources, with a premium provider, on premium hardware. Please read that again... SHARED resources.

For anyone to make a buck, shared cheap resources have to be... SHARED! Shared means you cannot expect 100% utilization at all times. As nodes fill up, ofcourse scores will drop, but yet again, you are on a SHARED system.

You were randomly put on a newly deployed node, and the node fills up slowly over some sales (BF,xmas etc), probably hosting tons of game servers and people like you running yabs 15 times / day just to see if you dropped 2 points or not. That creates load on the cpus, who again are SHARED.

I have nothing bad to say about bero. Im on a custon Ryzen plan myself, and have consistent over 3k GB6 single core scores on my server for months. Will it drop? probably. Will i accept a 30% drop? 100% sure i will, as i pay for SHARED resources, not dedicated resources.

Woooow i get mad at shitkids like you, who only wants the bigger number. I get that you chace high virtual benchmark numbers if your in real life numbers are low, but this is stupid.

    That's a different story
maybe you use all the cores for the purposes of VPS.
While I am counting on a single core power.

    different package, different pricing.
My VPS in Los Angeles under VPSHostingService also has the same performance over 6 years and reaching 7 years soon. I think yearly only U$20 around that. I am paying monthly combined with other multicores VPS

    And I am satisfied also.
But this one, I never knew how bad the drop is going to be

    Another future excuses
    6 cores
    24GB
    it's cheap for Euro10

it should be bla bla bla ..
it's another sales excuses for comparing others ..

Could be drop to 1500 maybe in the future ...
    CPU Steal 50% ?

    Does SHARED meant to you
All the TIMES SHARED or based on Customers / Users Utilization

Does the " FAIR SHARE " written on the website MEANT SOMETHING
or DOES NOT MEANT SOMETHING TO YOU ?

maybe you are old enough to READ

I am noticing the different of Static LIMITING RESOURCE ALL THE TIMES applied by THEM
and Limited SHARED AMONG USERS according to what FAIR SHARE means

I think by this time, we all should stop arguing with @riomartin.

@riomartin since you absolutely hate Berohost, you should part way and hold the hosting with a provide that you are comfortable with it.

To others, @riomartin doesn't like Berohost. Let him be. You guys put forwarded your justifications, he doesn't accept those which is fine too.

But it should end here in my opinion. No use of dragging more.

3rd week performance dropped. What I had during 3 months of early 2025 is not different with this one. Week 1-2 got GB6 Single Performance of 2700-2900

Week 3 drop to 2100-2200 during work hours in Germany and got 2200-2300 during off hours

It seems very hard to keep @berohost performance all the time as stable as The Real Premium Host.

Advising customer to move to Dedicated Server is not a clever solution
I wish and hope @berohost good luck in Oversubscribing Customers

Been reading your posts here and in the other thread - you complain too much. You're basically asking for them to keep the server empty just for your benchmarks. Is that correct?

If you need Geekbench to read the exact same number 24/7, then yeah, the advice you keep shooting down is the right one: get a dedicated server or go the self hosting route where you can control all the variables 24/7. problem solved.

My production server on 1 core is 100% occupied during the Germany Time until half of New York Time.
Of course it will not perform maximum and hoping will not get lags all the time would not make any senses
    On 2 cores, 60-70% occupied.

    Just before the production started.
Of course you will have to test.

    Having 2100 - 2200 GB6
I had tried on Netcup G11 on empty Amsterdam node.
It still having lags and freezes

So if the GB6 still showing a low results
Why I am repeating the same headache ?
Of course it wont fix the issue

Is there any host you are satisfied with? What's their GB6 score and price?

    ADVINSERVERS - 2600~2800

i admit it's selfish, but i wouldn't want to broadcast recommendations to providers that i've found to be particularly stable and high-performing. that would attract too many dubious characters, and then the hammering would start.

Why not talking about CPU Steal ?
    It's over 10%
    It's all the time

Alright, speaking of high CPU st, I have to ask have you ever created a ticket on this issue? Because, I have got 4 VMs with bero, and I have NEVER witnessed a moment with the CPU steal higher than 4%, which is totally perfect for me. If I were you, I would open a ticket and ask for a service transfer immediately. Meanwhile, we’d never really know whether the CPU steal is intentional load mitigation on a busy server or just a passive reaction to keep the host from melting down, which is a different story.

Bero-host never claims they’re selling VDS. If you need a high-freq server, you should go for one that’s explicitly labeled as VDS. From what I can see, there are plenty of providers here offering them at very good prices during BF. Trust me, they are REALLY GOOD and DIRT CHEAP.

IMHO, you’re the only one who truly knows your requirements, so always choose what best fits your needs. Don’t try your luck; build your own fortune.

  • keep wasting your time...

    100%

If you stack 3 more, you are king of that node

  • It just one month away from the Promo ... let see the more month .. I think this is not for the purpose of one core performance usage. The definition of you guys good and recommended because the usage or all cores .. Not single core. And from the Fair Share, all the YABS above are shown definitely above my scores both single core and multi-cores. Still I am questioning, how could fair share policy applied if the result were not the same.

I believed Pricing matters. None of above showing 6 cores.

    Depends on the price.

    £18 per month.

Seems to be running better than my cheap dedicated at the same price.

I think we can all agree <2200 and 10%st is worth of opening a ticket with bero to check what's going on. Most other Turins here are around ~2400 with nearly 0 st.
@riomartin just open a ticket and wait, its holidays+weekend so might take a while.

We can also all agree that Value/money you get on Bero is great and mostly unmatched.
