I’m looking for a dedicated server with the following specs:
Decent CPU performance
200GB SSD for OS (Ubuntu)
3×16TB or 4×16TB HDD preferred
(smaller drives are fine if configured in RAID)
32GB RAM
1Gbps unlimited bandwidth
NL preferred, but open to other locations
DMCA:
I’ll need reasonable takedown time (up to 12 hours).
During office hours, removals are usually handled within 1–2 hours.
My current server has had no DMCA reports in the last 6 months.

Preference will be given to providers with their own hardware or datacenter.

I think hosts that aren't dmca proof won't give you more than 2-3 chances. also depends if your current host is dmca proof, knowing who it is will give a better idea of abusive your use case is.
