Looking for Plesk Reseller Hosting with NL server

My current DirectAdmin reseller hosting package expires in February next year. I’m not a fan of DA, so I’d like to switch to Plesk without breaking the bank. I’m hosting a few low-traffic websites, email being hosted elsewhere.
I only have a few requirements:
- Hosted in the Netherlands (exact location within NL doesn’t matter)
- SSH access
- Reseller hosting
- White label
- At least 20 GB of disk space
Something like LiteSpeed could be a nice bonus, but I have no requirement for it.
When I look at offers from well-known Dutch providers, the pricing quickly becomes disproportionate to what I’m actually running. At that point, a VPS with the required software licenses starts to make more sense, but that would be unnecessary overkill for my use case.
If someone can offer a reasonably priced alternative that fits these requirements, I’ll probably jump ship.

How many users are you hosting? cPanel is going to be solid and depending on how your users are setup inside of Plesk, importing might work as well.
