    10 is enough, what kind of error you got? I believe the error you're getting is that the offer got out of stock, which was mentioned to be a limited stock offer...

    Anyhow we might restock soon, waiting some additional RAM to arrive in the US location.

    i deposited 10 euros, wanted to get that vps and couldn’t because "im new user" and there are Tiers before you can get higher VPS. WTF is that?

    there were 2 available on December 26th.

    Consider that 10 Euros Christmas gift, get yourself a coffee or something.

    I WOULD NOT RENT VPS FROM THIS PROVIDER

    I have no idea what's your ticket as if you dont mention your ticket id here I cannot relate the 2 with black magic.

    After checking I can see that a staff team already made an exception for you increasing your account limits without the need to have an account history.

    We do not ask for KYC and that's the only way to prevent from abusing, the 10 EUR anyway it's just a one-time requirement.

    Renewal will still be 2EUR, both US and NL available for the offer.

    We have hourly billing, so there is no actual "renewal", it just continue to cost the same.
