Yep, you're right, but it's not too much 'till then, just a couple of weeks.
Hi, I already included it in my original comment—please check.

Wow, how lucky! 🙂 I'd want one too if I could.
Thank you too!
I have added 1 extra month. 1GB RAM or 1TB BW are for the normal deals, for flash deals only 1 extra month applies.
Thank you for ordering.

Could you please give me more data? I'm currently unable to purchase new locations in Japan, which is causing me to run out of data.
JP location not available to select?
IXC-929560 - but why not just handle the tickets in the ticket system? And if there is a delay, why not provide an update?
Well, that's quite a generous offer, thank you.
I'll really have time to think about it.

Stop sending 100's emails per day,
When you send an email to customers telling them about a server migration and asking them for a date for that migration, and then after answering that email the customer doesn't hear anything for a week, how is that not "disappearing"? Would it really be too much to ask to at least send another email to explain that things have been delayed?
Also, with a 14 day refund policy, when after those 14 days you have no idea what server or IP address you will actually get, the only reasonable option for a customer is to make use of that refund policy before the 14 days run out.
BTW, I guess the IP addresses for those new data centres are in AS9009 then?
Curious about the The Hague location. Ordered.

Can I use my own ISO (Windows)? Elite VPS
Hello everyone,
We sincerely apologize for the delay of the Black Friday raffle draw.
During this period, we were also in the middle of important infrastructure changes — upgrading servers, improving services, and reorganizing parts of our platform — all with the goal of offering our customers a better, more stable experience when working with us. Unfortunately, this contributed to the delay, and we take full responsibility for it.
👉 You can watch the raffle draw here:

Congratulations to all the winners! 🎉
Our team will deliver the prizes to the winners throughout today. If you are among the winners and haven’t been contacted yet, please don’t worry — you will hear from us shortly.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being part of the RareCloud community.
Congrats on finishing the move.
Regarding ticket handling; I had a strange issue (very high latency to a few locations - 500+ms where 15- was expected) that I entered a ticket for and that was handled quite properly, and in the end seems to be solved, so that's good.
I hope - at least for the The Hague DC - you are still looking for improvements because at this moment I see some strange (higher than expected) latencies even to Dutch locations. There are several, and I know I'm not the only one who's observing it.
E.g. to Akamai powered sites (like nu.nl) I have from other locations a RT delay of 1 to 1.5ms. From the The Hague one: 35ms - to exactly the same physical Akamai node. Also to a VPS in Haarlem I see roundtrip of 17ms on IPv6 while the IPv4 on the same VPS is less than 2 ms away.
And there are more examples - I don't think it should be handled by individual "from here to there" mentions, but as a general "try to improve" one.

+1TB bandwidth, please.
Thank you!
Thanks for the reply. I opened a ticket and it was changed within 30 minutes. I just wanted to mention that because people always complain about long ticket response times.
New Yabs:
@rarecloud - are all the nodes in Dallas E5's? or are there EPYC nodes there available for Elite VPS's? Thanks!
Terrible servers, please avoid this provider. The server is down, support takes weeks to respond and ignores requests. If you need any proof, I'll provide it upon request.
