  • @RAVNIX I cannot connect to my server, and I am also unable to restart it or reinstall the system via the control panel. I submitted a support ticket but haven’t received any response yet. Could you please help resolve this issue? Thank you for your efforts.

  • No reply to support ticket, huge loss of customer trust here.

  • Also down. Shopping around for an alternative. No response to support ticket. Their own status website is showing all green which goes to show how much you can trust it...

    We are currently aware of an issue impacting EPYC hypervisors due to a network-related problem. Because of the holiday, there was a delay in technician availability; however, a technician is now on the way to the datacenter. Resolution is expected within 2–3 hours. A follow-up message with additional details will be sent once the issue has been resolved.
