We are a newly established university students' association (or Committee) in Afghanistan. You better know the situation in Afghanistan, there is no need to explain it.
We were looking for a generous web hosting and email hosting offer (really really appreciate a free offer) or at least a discounted offer since we want to launch our website and email.
Although Black Friday offers are finished you could just make an exception for us out of courtesy. 😉
Also, we would really appreciate it if any of you guys have a WordPress Theme that is good for an Association/Organization. It will really help us build our website faster.
Those providers who were students once upon a time will understand us the most. We will build it anyway but with the community's help, we can really speed up the process.

Aren’t there lots of free WordPress themes? Astra, Kadence, etc. What kind are you actually looking for?

With the correct base theme and builder you can do just as well as a premium theme. You are students, being entitled doesn't come in the description.
I will be honest and cloudflare workers + astro/sveltekit can be really good for you for completely free (something I myself use) or you can probably use github pages too if your content is static
My friend I have built a lot of websites and I can recommend you to take a look at https://astro.build/themes/1/?search=&price[]=free and then see any astro project and then learn how to use astro which will take less than an hour imo + deploying it to cf workers all for free
