Hi everyone,
I'm looking for cheap VPS providers for a VPN service, and the main requirement is truly unlimited / unmetered bandwidth.
My requirements:
- Price: up to ~$10/month per VPS
Resources:
- 1 vCPU
- 1 GB RAM (this is enough for my use case)
Network:
- Unmetered / unlimited traffic (IN + OUT)
- Port speed from 1 Gbps up to 10 Gbps
Locations:
Worldwide is interesting (EU, US, Asia, any region)
Use case:
Public VPN service (WireGuard / OpenVPN)
Users may generate high traffic (yes, including torrents)
Very important:
- Provider must be VPN-friendly
- No instant suspensions just because it's a VPN service
- I understand and respect AUP (no malware, no spam, no DDoS), but VPN traffic itself should not be a problem
- Abuse handling should be reasonable (complaints forwarded, not instant termination)
Payment method:
Not critical - card, PayPal, crypto, anything is fine.

The prices start from 4€ up to 10€ and more if you need more resources. The 4€ plan is only available at Moldova location.
All VPS have 1Gbps Shared. But it shouldn't be an issue if you don't over abuse.

Unfortunately, we can't offer a real 1G unlimited port for that budget.
Could you perhaps offer a better traffic estimate, such as 50-100 TB per month?

Seriously good company with one of the best support I see. Btw I tried to create referral link but that required 10$ of input/similar and I already am happy for 3 months with netcup but moving forward I might pick upcloud but just wanted to refer them without any gains because they are sooo good

Unlimited bandwidth plans are based on averaging everyone's "normal" usage. This covers most uses but not extreme users. Your host is paying per TB, and they won't give you infinite money for free.

If you want real unlimited bandwith, maybe you should consider OVH VPS
