Experience with nuyek.com: Delivery Delay, Network Problems, and Abuse Handling Issues

Tag: @ZachNuyek

I’m posting this to share my real experience with nuyek.com, so others on LowEndTalk can make an informed decision.

They advertised an AMD EPYC server for $300/year, which seemed like a good deal. I purchased it for a USA customer. Payment was completed, but the server was delivered after almost 2.5 months with no clear explanation.

Once I received the server, multiple issues started:

Very slow network performance

Daily downtime (around 10–15 minutes)

Opened 10+ support tickets

Downtime was later improved, but network issues were never fixed

Abuse Handling (Main Issue)

Dec 14, 2025 – 04:07 AM: Received abuse notice

04:55 AM: Reported site removed (within ~48 minutes)

Their reply stated:

“Please remove this content. If this is still up after 48 hours we will terminate the service.”

I complied well within the given timeframe.

Later:

Dec 23, 11:01 PM: Another abuse email

Dec 23, 11:16 PM: Site removed immediately

Then:

Dec 23, 06:40 PM: Another abuse notice

Server was SUSPENDED immediately.

This is confusing. If a 48-hour window is stated, suspending the server instantly—despite immediate action—does not align with that policy.

Context

This server was used for shared hosting. Abuse reports are common in shared environments. A reasonable provider normally:

Allows time to resolve

Reviews patterns fairly

Avoids immediate suspension when the client is cooperative

I did not ignore any abuse notice. Every report was handled immediately.

Current Status

As of now, the server is still suspended.
Despite compliance and multiple tickets, there has been no resolution.

This resulted in business impact and loss of customer trust.
I’m sharing this for transparency.

Honestly crazy to use rock bottom $25/m Epyc dedi server to host web hosting customers on .. it sucks but you dug your own grave here. If it's not profitable for the host it won't be profitable for you in the end when problems start arising.

Nuyek is a scam. They scammed us for +3000 USD and they never delivered the service. The patron provider tag is suspended on LET.
I don’t think some one should ever use it for business. These servers can only be used for fun

  • No provider will tolerate receiving constant abuse emails, even thou you act quickly on the reports. It's your responsibility to choose who you do business with (as you use it as shared hosting).

You got 3 abuse notice in 10 day time frame and 2 of them is on same day.

I explain that abuse is common in shared hosting, but we respond quickly.

Apparently Nuyek isn't happy with this then.

I wouldn't be either for any promotional package. It would be other thing if this shared hosting usage causing many abuses would've been discussed with provider prior order.

Would you be okay with DDOS? Or also no?
