Exotic locations in... NL

I thought Hybula had multiple data centres and redundant networks between them, but looking at their website now I can't see anything about that. So it's either old, or I dreamed it, or it was a different Dutch provider.
There's something here about moving everything to NorthC: https://www.hybula.com/blog/105/new-cloud-offerings-and-datacenter
I don't know where any of these places are, but I presume they're all just suburbs of AMS rather than more exotic.
Yeah there are a bunch of datacenters right outside the center of Amsterdam or next to Schipol airport.
Well, I've seen many DCs in the Netherlands, and especially in the Amsterdam area, but let me know what DCs you consider _in _the center of Amsterdam? I mean, all well known DCs in Amsterdam are more or less outside or close to the ring so for me already outside of the center.
And as long as some providers in Eygelshoven keep on saying "Amsterdam location"...
Wondering what OP considers as "outside Amsterdam" (e.g. IronMountain Haarlem is often called "Amsterdam" also) and what his expectations regarding budget are. There are more than enough DCs outside of Amsterdam as long as you are willing to pay more than the desired LET pricing.
That is why I think the only real exotic NL location is Bakker-IT in Groningen.
What I have with them isn't in Groningen. And Eygelshoven is also further away from Amsterdam ;-)
But just to name a few that are definitely not Amsterdam and I either have or had stuff in:
Utrecht
The Hague
Rotterdam
Ede
Eindhoven
Rijen
Steenbergen
Doetinchem
Meppel
Alblasserdam
Woerden
But it still is on OP to define what he considers "out of Amsterdam", because Haarlem isn't Amsterdam.
I think Deluxhost are using DC in Eygelshoven.
For some services, yes. There are more using Eygelshoven. Wouldn't put anything even smelling like "production" there though. There is a reason some providers have moved away from there.
But I'm still interested in what OP wants regarding budget; I/he can get a VPS in all the places I've mentioned, but do they match what his budget is...
I wanted to also buy, but network isn't the best.

44ms Den Haag -> Den Haag
10ms Amsterdam -> Den haag
Sad but true.
What is the reason?
Support from the people they're dealing with on location, network issues, well, basically everything we as customers can also observe.
There are some routes that are sub-optimal to say at least, I've seen that as well. On the other hand, I also have some experience from one of the VPSes there that have 2 to 3 ms to Amsterdam.
Thanks for the mention!
That does not mean we do not have Compute power in hometown Groningen ;-).
Our national network spans from Groningen to Amsterdam to even the infamous place down south in Eygelshoven.
Feel free to reach out, so we can see what we can do.
Yeah, true, and I now read my comment back and realize that some things I shouldn't do before having breakfast.
Anyway, happy with the service from you and if OP seeks for a provider that thinks outside the box and with the customer I can definitely recommend you.
I ❤️ erotik locations
And I love delicious cookies
Sir, please stop pinging my box.
I've got a Raspberry Pi running a Tor relay in the Anne Frank House.
Yes, kinda what I'm looking for. Like, nothing to much AMS like, or what hosts usually advertise as AMS.
Of those the nicest one for me would be Utrecht, the Hague, Ede, maybe Rotterdam.
Yes, but left delux
Thanks. I was considering but will look further. I know I have seen someone else on Let offering it but can't remember who that was.
@dude
rumor says there are a lot of bullet-proof server provider using Eygelshoven, any comment?
Advin servers were there before as my Coventry VPS got moved there, although I just checked and it's been moved again to Nuremburg.
something something skylink
Seems Crowncloud @SpeedBus is using BIT data center located in Ede. I saw their offer 25/y somewhere.
ow that's cool, thanks! Will check that out!
Any DC in the redlight district?
All DCs are RedLight districts
They help warm people up
