hi, i am looking for a small vps in Finland closer to facility of hetzner & upcloud or in same dc.
Minimum specs required, 1 core, 1GB RAM 10GB+ nvme/ssd , network speed must be at least 1Gbit+ , Bandwidth should be 10TB+ , price must be lower than hetzner max 1-2 euro/month is ideal.
Any location closer other than Finland is also fine if ping is less than 7ms

Upcloud is actually the cheapest option ($3.52/month) and I am sure that although lowendtalk can give some competition. Trust me when I say this but upcloud's support is phenomenal so much so that I talked to them in seconds without even buying anything but by just signing up.

Asking for 50% resources of hetzner cheapest finland server at 50% price from some other provider , i think its fine
already using them, but for users from some countries i want to point my service to the new provider i am looking for
