VM with large disk

I am looking for a VM that will be used for running a private container registry for development purposes.
The high level specs/requirements:
- RAM: 4GB/8GB
- Disk: 512GB (can be SSD/NVMe plus a larger HDD, in which case the 512GB would be the HDD)
- Network: 1Gbps or higher, 10TB bandwidth (likely an overestimation, more likely 1TB or less)
- Location: Europe
- Budget: no more than EUR 6 per month
Would anyone be able to please help with some pointers, or some offers?

If yearly payment works for you, I would recommend storage plans from @hosthatch, @NDTN and @labze.
Edit: storage plans from hosthatch and greencloudvps are all set with an NVMe partition for the OS.

@noisycode @NHNHNH000 Thanks for the pointers. Greencloudvps does not appear to have anything available in Europe, however. As for Hosthatch, I have had not very responsive service from them in the past. Some of my VMs are with Netcup, and they have been good.
@NHNHNH000 From what I could tell, Netcup's offerings on netcup.com would be over the budget. Am I missing something? I guess I may have missed the recent deals.
Quite. I didn't notice they only offered storage plans in US and APAC.
My experience is OK. Just checked. I've got 3 tickets with them in total during the last 3 yrs, and all of them were taken care of within 36 hrs.

yep, it was simply too cheap.
And for VPS's it makes no sense to offer 4 TB NVMe which alone will actually cost somewhere around 80 EUR per month on network storage clusters.
