the fun equal part is -35 or so for both. yes it's fucking cold. i'm talking about freezing. 0C = 34F, thus saying below zero - (water) freezing temp in C - is very cold in F. and too cold in K/Calvins, thankfully only physicists use those.
Yeah, if you didn't mention anything, I would have known it wasn't primary. I mean, I do know online it's like a toss of a coin but I never assume until there's some indicator beyond spelling. Even with english, there's US and non-us that you can only really tell with spelling of some words. Phrases are a bigger indicator though
4 GB ram vps for 3 year is also very nice! But credits are more useful if you already have a vps there!

Yeah, I have two racknerd accounts. One I have a bunch that I use for gaming servers/throwaway stuff and the 2nd I use for more serious stuff. Like the 2nd account, I will always blindly renew as it hosts some "serious" projects. Guess you can say it's "prod" where the 1st account, I wouldn't be sad if I missed one. I've actually have been glancing at them when renewal has come up since it's a mix between gaming servers and a VPS that I got for a dev/temp thing.
Not every one will say the actual location/ip so I have to actually look into it which is why I made the 2nd account (one with my gmail and the other with my proton)

oh, I totally misunderstood with the "meet up" part but yeah, when they get close to each other or truly equal (-40 to my knowledge), that's when it's fun. Though I have yet to experience that temp or lower without windchill. Always fun to do the whole water in the air thing. I forget what that needs to be besides like -15F without windchill

I had just set an alarm just in case.
I created a generic countdown thing from google earlier but I didn't keep that tab open or set an alarm. I figured I would be able to glance at the clock instead since 13:00/1p is easy to remember since I usually have lunch around that time (depending on what the day is like)
Did notice a few countdown links popping up on the last few pages. But, yah, had already converted the time to Indian standard and right now, I guess, we have less than 20 seconds left

So I ended up buying a generic IR and bluetooth remote so I don't have to deal with multiple remotes. Also want to try using my Google TV Streamer device more than my firetv since Amazon has been doing "funny" things with their OS. I haven't tried to fix it but they totally broke newpipe (think ad free youtube) on the firetv. Totally got the remote since it's backlit and I should be able to control everything. I also did order some of those usb c rechargable AA batteries just to see what they're like. I mean, it's not like remotes go through batteries super fast but figured I would give it try since they have a larger capacity than normal AA batteries.

Wait, does Dustin announce it in thread? I'm totally going to wait until the announcement then instead of like 5 after to check a stats page. Previous years, I was always distracted with other things/meetings/etc. that I've never been on when it ended
