Looking for Similar German VPS Deals (4C/16G) with Test IP

I previously purchased a German server for €4.99, with a configuration of 4 cores and 16GB RAM.

I’d like to know if any providers are currently offering a similar promotion.
A slightly higher price would also be acceptable.

If possible, I would really appreciate it if you could provide a test IP.
