VPS yes, but completely i think no.
Any examples?
berohost, st-hosting, deinserverhost, datalix, prepaid-hoster. Think there is more with v6 only.

I get a /29 from Ardent Networks for inbound IPv4 through SNIProxy and for DNS. /48, technically /40, is mine, though. Does that count, or only no IPv4 presence at all?
I wish my ASN had IPv4, but haven't been planning to offer VPSs with IPv4.
