Bad experience with Nodestop.io (scammed)

Nodestop ran a discord ad in early December promoting 80% off the first month on any dedicated server without any contracts or commitments and promised deployment within 1 to 148 hours.

I placed an order on December 3rd and as of now I still don't have the server (19 days so far no server).

So far its been a complete lack of communication.. there have been no updates at all when ive opened multiple tickets on both their website and in discord. In their discord you dont even have permission to write in any channel except when you create a ticket with their ticket tool.

After that I did some digging (which i should have done before ordering) and found a lot of bad reviews online with people going through exactly what im going through. I looked on LET search as well and found that they used to post under a "RefinedHost" account and there also have been complaints about them.

Has anyone had similar experiences with them? I took a gamble with them because I saw they've been around for 3-4 years - https://ipinfo.io/AS400536
