the guy likes nintendo.. nothing nintendo-yee in the prize pool..
In another life, it'd be a perfect world.
Oh yeah, I've done that plenty of times. Another reason why I just enjoy sipping
I've learned eating regular food, especially junk food, makes me feel it stronger and longer.
Oh that too bad. Like I said, haven't been following charts or prizes. Aiming for a server as I'm pretty sure he won't send to EU anyway. Guess a mug will prolly equal one year worth a sever.
Bar food also works well for it but most bar food is "junk food"
@dude so you are a pro? Edibles+ fast food= great night out!
We could be twins.
puddles needs a dino profile pic!
If I'm gone... Reading up on some more threads...
yep, it's all in the liver.. that's why people eat fatty foods when drinking - helps with alcohol, allows to drink more and stay upright longer. it's an old russian tradition.. nobody wants you at a celebration with your face drowning in a salad plate.. eat all kinds of fatty foods, like cured meats and other meat based stuff, cheese, SALO (straight up cured pig fat), not going to recount the dishes, but fat is the king when going on a good heavy drinking spree.
Guess that's why the brits love to have a lot of fat in the morning
As the token Brit, this isn't really true.
Sure the famous "English breakfast" has lots of greasy stuff, it's not what most people have for breakfast. Some people have it once a week, most even less frequently, just every now and then.
In fact, the opposite really, most brits have cereals with milk, which means breakfast is mostly full of sugar.
Hehe, the rog or desktop would be cool but aint no way I'm catching up or spending that much time attempting. Though if I did get the 3rd/4th place, I would have totally asked just for credits... Lets see what the new years thread will be like, maybe I will make it a point to at least spam post for a little bit each night if there's no convos happening. Though I know I will end up getting distracted to take 1st. I believe it was the 2nd or 3rd day of this thread saying I'll probably end up in 5th or 6th place unless there's a ton of folks that are serious.
P.S. I prefer PC gaming but nintendo does their own thing. I mean, you can basically say PC/xbox/PS are basically the same but you can't really include nintendo in it. Though nintendo has allowed a lot more things since they first released the switch. Also, I'm not one of those blind nintendo fan, I totally see and call out when nintendo does nintendo things.
The milk is healthy though:)
Not against British breakfast. We usually have some slices of bread with maybe cheese or something else.
Lol, dont get me wrong . Im not a gamer but my love for Nintendo=eternal
Like I mean, the only reason keeping me from persuing the backpack is like... why bother if I can't get it?
I'd get credits though, so my mind is set on an IE server.
REQUEST DOUBLE MY BANDWIDTH
Order#: 1201975384
Thank you!
Wish will be granted!
Yeah, I was kind of sad last year. I got sent the sweater just from begging too much, it wasn't even a proper giveaway. But I actually won the backpack that I really wanted, but that wasn't eligible to be posted here because not in the US. Kind of daft really.
Yeah. Another big reason for nintendo is a lot of friends and family (including nephews/nieces) have it and it's much easier to play with/against them on it.
I believe the backpack, at least one of the random giveaways, was free international shipping. It is actually really nice, none of those cheap ones that a lot of companies tend to giveaway. I actually swapped out my old thinkpad backpack for the racknerd one!
My point exactly! I'd really love to win the gaming rig but why bother?
I mean, I kinda understand cos what about international warranty? What if the GPU is broken?
Bummer on the backpack. I suppose the hassle/cost of international shipping isn't worth it most of the time. I've never shipped things across the pond (only received) so I don't know what all that entails.
Exactly! And Nintendo is like, that's where it all started for me. Not taking into account PC games.
Yeah, about the only reason would be for more RN credit. Pretty sure most manufacturers "region code" their products even if they're identical and doubt they will provide warranty for it outside of the proper region.
Oh that's so cool!! I like flexing merch like that !
People always like, who that's? And then I educate them!
Used to do it a lot. Never been very expensive or a hassle. Might have changed since a couple of years though m
Oh that sucks. So lets say, for no obvious reason, if my gpu were to be faulty , no replacement or 💰?
Same here, did start with the NES but I got the most playtime with the SNES and the OG gameboy. I even bought a modern remake of the og gameboy https://analogue.co/pocket
because it holds a special place in my heart. I know it would have been cheaper to just get a regular software emulation device but it's not the same. I can totally emulate them but the pocket is still my most played handheld. It's also the one I bring with me to places the most, especially when it will be just me playing games.
