I got in the habit of making Sundays my "house chore" day for stuff I didn't get done during the week or needs to be done again. Originally it was because my trash and recyclable pickup was early Monday mornings but even after that changed, I kept doing it since it was a habit. Actually kind of nice to have a day where I can do something, take a break, pick it up again or start a different thing. It also motivates me to do more during the week since there will be less that I need to do on Sunday
Lol, I get it. I prefer to do it on Sundays as well but got some things to do tomorrow so too busy.
I really like to get everything done over the weekend so nothing to worry about when you start the week and can just focus on work and life.
The store is closed both christmas days.
Tomorrow is my last work day of this year, and then my next one is on 10th of january.
Oh that's a very long holiday! Enjoy!

with 8 cats (now during winter 1 that spends most time outside in summer also sits inside all day) i do full house vacuum cleaning every 2 days. for several years i 've been doing it prior to workout because i literally hate having little "sand" from the litter on the floor when doing pushups.. but since then i've been feeling pains in the wrists, so bought myself "perfect pushups" handlebars that allow not to bend wrists while doing it.. and yoga mat for when doing abs related stuff while on the floor. so technically not bothered anymore by lost little stones from litter, not that they are everywhere, but present plus the cat nails that i cut anywhere i catch a cat.. but even that this change been for a couple of years now, i still do full house vacuuming every 2 days before workout. the amount of cat hair vacuum cleaner picks up - speaks for itself..

Current dog doesn't shed that much. Well, relatively since my previous dog was a collie mix with a dual coat (why she loved the winter/cold and the summer heat). With her, I basically had to brush her every other day and vacuum as well. I tried every day brushing and just vacuuming that area/room but it made no difference in the rest of the house, at least in the spring/early summer.
