I'm looking for a storage vps for backup purpose with the following specs:
4TB Storage Space
4TB Outgoing Bandwidth
512mb RAM
Any location
ipv6 only
$50/yr

With $50 you get 3TB of storage from the guy holding a rose tulip.
I think you should have decent budget for ipv6 only. Providers might be happy to offer you with 1 GB / 2 GB RAM.
Naaa, we dropped the whole IPV6 only stuff.
11 out of 10 asked for ipv4 on them in the first few days after provisioning.

If there's no dedicated IPv4, then at least a shared one with port forwarding is necessary.
Is this really any good ? I am interested just for shit torrent but is it at least 90% uptime ?
Took one for the team and bought one. It will just be storage, so not much load. I'll report back if I have trouble. It was provisioned immediately and I haven't run into any problems yet.
The uptime monitor claims 98-99% uptime which is not good per se, but it is skewed by a persistent DDoS from last month that hopefully is now fixed for good.
Awww. That's actually some of what made me start at least attempting to learn ipv6 and set it up at home, I like mine!
