FiberState Dedicated Server Down – anyone else affected?
Hi everyone,
My dedicated server is currently completely down and unreachable (no ping / no access to services).
I’ve checked from multiple networks, but the issue is still the same.
I just wanted to confirm whether this is a general issue affecting other users as well, or if it’s only happening to my server.
If anyone else is facing the same problem, please let me know.
Thanks in advance for your help.

@fiberstate same for me ticket opened
Which DC? I see Utah server as up, so if it is Utah, it might only be only one rack (w/ your servers in it) affected.
Cannot say anything about their other locations.
We are down as well.
We are on Salt lake city. Seems up now
Salt Lake City, UT, USA is our DC,
Our servers in Salt Lake City are up, looks like its not the entire DC that is affected.
Sounds like a few racks were affected here. Glad to see they resolved it quickly.
they sure do have a lot of outages huh, glad I went with gorillaservers/webnx instead
Yes, our server went down twice last month and once this month.
Could you please provide the ticket number related to this issue?
At this time, we have not observed any notable outages, alerts or incidents in the SLC region. All metrics we monitor are nominal.
Additionally, you have access to a separate IPMI management network, which can be used to further troubleshoot any server specific issues. Were you able to access this?
Please let us know the ticket number so we can review this further.
You can check my ticket as well Ticket #VDT-839870
Thanks. We've provided you an update, again there were no network or SLC data center outages. It seems like a reboot was able to resolve the issue. We'll continue working with you via your ticket.
