So I am NOT allowed to use the VPS as my private Wireguard VPN Server?

I think in this same thread or may be some other, @HostDZire did reply already to someone else that VPS can be used for personal VPN.

  • Be careful folks.

They take all your money, and then suspend your account without any notice, giving unprofessional support responses like "what are you using our services for? Be honest"

They'd go all the way calling you - their customers - as non-legit; and would question you without any basis! There's no legal request either.

Just share your private info like passport, address, with them, just because they want it.

If you don't like to do KYC after ordering, they should refund if you had not abused already their service. Did you ask?

Neither have I 'abused' their 'service' as such, nor did I get any notice of 'abuse'. Just a sudden suspension, asking me to contact them.

And I got quite disappointed seeing their support team's probing response. That's certainly not a professional response. And there was no requirement of any KYC mandated before purchasing the orders, like OVH & Hetnzer do.

    The process is simple:
We received a complaint and immediately suspended the VPS.
After that, we asked the client to complete KYC before taking the matter further.

Without KYC verification, any response provided by the client cannot be considered reliable.

For Indian VPS we are forced to take strict action.

    Yea, Simple process:

No notice given. No details of the "complaint" served to the customer. Just suspended the services and demanded their KYC (because @HostDZire wants to), and won't entertain the customer's concerns without seeing their private information.

And this is how the support demands your KYC: https://ibb.co/vCLG2S2c

    Nice.

Hope this forum is careful before blindly falling to their shady gimmicks and losing all the prepaid yearly money.

You unilaterally suspended my services (2 VPS servers paid annually, 1 of them was from the recent LET BF Offer!) without giving any notice/reason whatsoever.

Your "very good reasons" need to be given to the customer.

You provided services without any KYC requirement. You accepted payments without KYC requirements. Why do you need my passport, my photo & my address to tell me about the so-called "complaint" you received?

I don't think I'm being unreasonable by seeking transparency in your actions, @HostDZire

There's no response to my questions on the tickets. Quite disappointing to see your arbitrary bullying action.
