Anyone else experiencing bad speeds in Dallas with InterServer

Good morning everyone,
Two days ago, I ordered a dedicated Ryzen 9 7950X3D server from InterServer in Dallas. The setup process was smooth, and the machine was provisioned within about 5 hours pretty impressive. They installed AlmaLinux for me, which was great. However, I noticed that an SSH server wasn’t installed, so I had to IPMI in and set that up myself. Not a big deal.
I don’t usually run extensive tests on new servers since they typically work out of the box, but after attempting uploads and downloads from various providers, the network speeds have been completely unusable. Unfortunately, support hasn’t been very helpful in resolving the issue so far.
To dig deeper, I ordered a Windows VPS from the same Dallas location and experienced the exact same problem. I couldn’t even update Google Chrome, and average speeds on that VPS were around 10 Mbps.
I’m not a network engineer or highly knowledgeable in this area, but it seems like there may be a broader issue in the Dallas location. Is anyone else experiencing this?
For anyone internally who would like to review, the ticket number is NNV-906-12854.

So far going on about 24 hours without a usable server. I've called technical support and they don't seem to know what's going on either.
Ask them if the switch your you’re on is saturated. If it’s not, ask them if they have another physical rack to put your server in. Finally is your VPS the same CPU as your server? Perhaps they have some software issue with the NIC ports.
Usually it’s one of those but those tests show clear issues and Interserver is a reputable provider so I’m sure they will fix it soon.

No different CPUs. I will provide additional information shortly. I understand things happen and I might just be unlucky however experiencing the same issue with dedicated and VPS I'm not sure seems like something deeper.

Looks like the issue has been fixed. No explanation, but I'm getting decent speeds now on the dedicated and VPS now and thats what matters.
In the future, another useful troubleshooting test would be between the two VPS.
P.s. Also, put code tags around yabs output so the formatting is better.
