I bought a server on December 3rd, they gave me a completely different server on December 9th, I asked for the one I ordered, they gave me a non-working server, and now on December 17th I still haven't received my purchased server and support has stopped responding. I asked to cancel my order since there is a problem and credit the money to my balance so I can pay the current bills.

2 years ago, I got their 2 euro shared hosting, iirc. It was great and performed according to my expectations.
I bought 2x Intel XEON E5-2699v4 - 128 GB DDR4 ECC RAM - 2x 2TB SSD
but they gave it to me:
CPU Model : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v4 @ 2.60GHz
CPU Cores : 56 @ 1200.000 MHz
CPU Cache : 35840 KB
AES-NI : Enabled
VM-x/AMD-V : Disabled
Total Disk : 878.2 GB (1.1 GB Used)
After I pointed out the error, they replaced the server with the correct one, but it doesn't work and doesn't respond to reinstallation OS and reboot.
Several times I was told that the error was resolved, but I still can't access the server.
Classic story but with old v2 xeon, never see that problem with v4.
Try to install from iso (or just check/change boot order) via KVM console.
But I can't log into the console - Failed to establish the console connection. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists. It says this error and reinstalling the system or rebooting doesn't help, the server goes into the status - Halted
