You really need 8 cores and 16 GB RAM for that?
2 TB can be rather cheap these days, but with less cores and RAM.
Machines like 8c/16GB are usually more expensive and come with more storage.

it's not like that... Not only R2, there is Backblaze B2 for bigger files, (R2 do the files under 5GB). Cloudflare wall between do the all the bandwidth. But with them you can do static files and streaming files. All backend databases go into my dedicated server which make it slower.

I need a separate DB storage because Google or Alibaba has a pricing slab system. And it's not static either. That's the problem.
