    All the beer is expensive in the UK, but yeah I guess mine is more expensive as it's either in cans (they always charge more than draft beer) or only in specialty pubs.

    But most people don't like the kind of beers I drink, so the majority of pubs just do the boring stuff. That's drinkable, just nothing special.

    Yeah, although I only really drink when I'm out. Bottled or canned beer at home takes me months to get round to drinking. About a month ago, I tipped away 6 bottles of beer that had gone out of date. I have another 2 cans that went out of date about a week later that I thought I might get round to drinking, but didn't. And there's nothing else in the fridge. In the last 12 months at home, I've maybe had 6 or 7 beers in total.
