I just need the cheapest available (<=$10) which have IPv4 because I only use for deploy Flask apps.
I prefer Asia location for good ping from my location (VN), but EU or US still OK.
Check hostinger or hetzner they might provide you according to your budget.
Why it won't work? Just search for provider that supports Python. I ran Django on cPanel with CloudLinux installed before. No issue.
