Looking for Dedicated/VDS - NL - NVMe and 10gbit

I'm currently running a dedicated server with NFOrce. The hardware is quite old and not matching the requirements anymore. The price is too high as well. My current server has over 1000 days uptime - the uptime would be even longer, if the server didn't have to be physically moved.
Looking for reliable hardware and reliable network on a similar level as NFOrce.
Requirements:
- Type: dedicated preferred. VDS with dedicated cores could work too
- Connection: 10gbit preferred. can be shared as long as 1gbit is guaranteed. 2.5/5gbit would be alright too, if the price is good
- Traffic: 30tb monthly (avg is around 20tb per month right now)
- CPU: no special requirements
- Disk: 256gb+ NVMe
- RAM: 16gb+
- SSD instead of NVMe works too if there is 128gb RAM
- additional HDD would be a nice bonus
- Location: NL
- Payment: Crypto preferred. self hosted crypto payment processor would be a bonus
- Budget: below 100$/month. hard limit
NFOrce was a good home for over 6 years now. Looking for a new home for the next 6 years
