What's the average refund time for rarecloud?

Hi let, so I bought the rarecloud flash sale before, and I realized I really don't need it, so I opened a ticket asking if I can get a refund. They told me yes and said I should cancel my service first. Therefore, I cancelled my service and requested for a refund. They told me to wait but it's already 10 days and I still didn't get it. And their last reply was in Dec 5.
This is my first time asking for a refund with any provider. I just want to ask, is it common to wait this long for a refund? And if yes, what's the average refund time for rarecloud? Thank you guys.

What payment method did you use? The speed of refunding is related to the payment method I think.
I usually see refunds issued in 3-5 days but sometimes up to 2 weeks.
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days I would ask if the refund has been initiated. Also, for your protection grab screen shots of any existing communications.
Kudos to rarecloud for allowing refund of a flash sale.

I wouldn't advertise what you did too much, it was a dick move on your part to take a limited flash sale away from another LET user.
