I've had dedicateds delivered this year, had a vps provisioned last year - but my vds from this year is in the exact same boat as your screenshot.
Any success? VNC is still broken for me.
Sigh. Was at least hoping to hear something in either one of my tickets before the weekend.
There's been no progress on the issue, and my BGP session is also down. I've been waiting for 14 days now, and the service is still unusable.
IPv6 subnet in Kansas City is now online , but @keoir should peer with us in Kansas City to reduce latency.
Currently traffic is routed through DE-CIX Houston
2001:504:13f::8c07:0:1.Yeah looks like its hitting DE-CIX->EZEE->Snaju
Honestly, I’m not really sure what’s going on anymore, so I’m posting here to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.
At the very beginning, my server was delivered, but VNC didn’t work properly, the disk size looked wrong, and IPv6 wasn’t usable.
Later on, the disk size somehow became normal, and the dashboard started to occasionally show server load correctly.
During this period, there seemed to be a few short shutdowns, but I can’t say for sure — OS reinstalls often got stuck for hours, so I’m not certain whether some queued task eventually ran or not.
Recently, things got worse:
My IP suddenly changed
The server appears to have rebooted or powered off
The dashboard is able to display the server load normally
But SSH is completely unreachable
The IP doesn’t respond to ping at all
I’ve tried troubleshooting from my side as well. I rebooted the server and did a full power-off / power-on cycle from the dashboard.
To help rule out issues on my side, I tested ICMP ping and a TCP connect to port 22 from multiple online test locations, and all checks failed.
At this point, it feels safe to say this is probably not a local environment issue.
I’ve opened a ticket, but the response is still pending, and I honestly don’t know what to do next.
Maybe I should just be more patient and wait another week or two.
Maybe I should ask for a refund.
But after going through Black Friday once, spending time comparing providers, watching offers, and finally choosing this one, a refund would also mean giving up all that sunk cost and missing other options I could have taken.
At this point, I’m just a bit stuck.
+1
Damn,
the same experience as yours. VNC does not work, and network reset is useless. So, how should we access SSH, copy data, and edit old network configuration files?
My VPS also cannot ping the IP. I tried reinstalling and it is not stuck, but I still cannot ssh/ping. I am too lazy to create a ticket.
Upon closer inspection, the machine appears to have been re-deployed in Houston, with a changed IPv4.
The dealz did specify Houston, but we initially got Kansas City and kinda ran with it.
VNC button has error message:
{"code":401,"raw_body":"","body":"","headers":{"0":"HTTP\/1.1 401 No ticket","Cache-Control":"max-age=0","Connection":"close","Date":"Sat, 13 Dec 2025 14:09:26 GMT","Pragma":"no-cache","Server":"pve-api-daemon\/3.0","Expires":"Sat, 13 Dec 2025 14:09:26 GMT"}}Failed to get Session InfoHowever, this also means, in case @JoshR is resurrected, we won't be able to take their machine again, because there cannot be two tigers (machines) in the same mountain (IAH area).
Someday I will get my second ipv4 for my dedicated, and actually get my VDS delivered. Someday....
Well...it seems they have stopped replying again. Hopefully they will reply on Monday.
At that point I would say its whatever network is better for your use.
Wow my vps-6 is finally delivered. They do work on Sundays 💪🏻
VNC functionality is now working! This is absolutely amazing! A massive thank you to the developers!
Nice offer
And........1TB HDD is missing. Ticket sent
good job team. all good
Same. I’ve had a support ticket open for a week or two. They said they need more storage, which I assume could be the additional 100TB from the update on the previous page (12 Dec), at least if you’re in central US.
Ah thanks I missed that. I will wait but not sure I will keep this though
still no vds here... someday

Yep, same here.
So, you probably aren't a fan of winamp then huh?
Damn, website is still down.
damn, this was a great little bit for like... 5 days...
what's kinda funny is I wanted to login to close a ticket... ive been waiting long enough for a second ipv4 for my dedicated that I switched gears and accomplished what i wanted with ipv6 instead, lol.
I still use it (well not exactly). I use Audacious player with Winamp Classic Skin.
